Bahama Buck's is a privately held franchise in the USA,
specializing in shaved ice and other frozen non-alcoholic beverages. Founded in the summer
of 1990 by Blake Buchanan, the first store opened in Lubbock, Texas. By 2022, the company
had expanded to over 100 locations across states including California, Arizona, Nevada,
Utah, New Mexico, Texas, Florida, Missouri, Colorado, Oklahoma, and Puerto Rico, with plans
for over 100 more stores. In addition to shaved ice, Bahama Buck's offers smoothies, frozen
coffee, and "Bahama Sodas," as well as branded clothing items. The menu features over 100
original shaved ice flavors, including the "Red Raider," a tribute to Buchanan's alma mater,
Texas Tech University.
